Mandalas
I have discovered mandalas for healing they are wonderful i have found them very peaceful and they really make you switch off and stop me from over thinking. They have been using mandalas for healing for years and years, have done a lot of research on them and find them fascinating- This Mandala i did is called 'A Breath' as when i was doing this mandala i was finding it very hard to breath due to the anxiety within half an hour my breathing had gone back to normal- I am finding i really love doing them this might also help me get a bit of my creative side back.
